Q: When is my order shipped?

If it is a one time order, usually gets shipped same or not later than next business day. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) are mailed until Monday.

If you just purchased a subscription, your first kit will be sent within 2 business days or the following Monday (if over the weekend) and subsequent months are mailed on the 27th if you are in a month to month plan or the 15th if you are on any plan 3+ months.

Q: Where are you shipping from and how long will my order take to arrive?

We are shipping from Illinois, at the moment we are experiencing USPS delivery delays due to covid, bad weather and other circumstances and this may increase during specific Holidays such as Christmas. While our regular time is from 4-7 business days, please expect delays of up to 15 business days for your order to arrive, we appreciate your patience and will keep you informed as our shipments go back to regular schedule.

Q: Can you provide tracking number for my order?

In order to  bring you the best choice at the best price, all our orders are sent via USPS First priority and this option does not include a tracking number, but we do offer refund or sending our full order again if not delivered after 15 business days.

Q: Can I skip a month on my subscription?

Yes you can! Simply log in your account and change the date!

Q: I got the wrong set, What should I do?

No worries, simply send us an email at support@chikanails.com with the wrong model and we will send you the right one asap, no need to return the wrong one back to us.

Q: My order is missing one set, where is it?

This was probably due to a packing mistake, let us know what nail wrap is missing via email at support@chikanails.com and we will send it your way asap!
