By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions for Shipping, returns, refunds and exchanging of product. These Terms apply to all customers who have made a purchase through our website or Cratejoy Marketplace.
All our sales are always free shipping.
One time orders will be shipped the next business day after placing your order via USPS First Class with no tracking, it may take from 4 to 7 business days to arrive except Holiday seasons where it may go up to 15 business days
Subscription orders will be shipped as follows: 1st month/delivery will be shipped within 2 business days after placing your order, subsequent monthson the 27th of the following month or next business day for month to month plans. 3+ months' plans on the 16 of the following month or next busines day.
Returns and refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on unused subscription kits.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or gift purchases (subscriptions or one time purchases).
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will only refund you in case of a wrong item sent (not as pictured and not exceeding 4 sets), refund will be processed from 1-3 business days.
From time to time, USPS may adjust the postage price on mail sent from our store and will deliver you a notice to pay a postage delta prior delivery. If this is the case, please pick up your mail and submit a picture of the USPS notice to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund you for it. Refund might take 1-3 business days to show back in the credit or debit card account on our records.
Subscriptions auto-renewal are non refundable and will be fulfilled based on the subscription terms, please make sure to cancel your subscription prior renewal date.
Our business days are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST and excludes bank holidays.
